The outline page does not have the old utilities that are supposed to be used in tailwind. but instead has your version. With your version, I can't control the outline offset. We still need the outline because you cannot get transparent offsets without it. Ring utilities can't create transparent offsets please get rid of the utilities that you presented in favor of the old ones.
