lnav doesn't consistently reload LastTest.log file generated by ctest when a new test is run

Describe the bug
I wanted to view the test log of ctest with lnav so i opened LastTest.log using lnav, it opens then when i run ctest . again sometimes lnav shows

run a test using ctest
open generated LastTest.log file that gets created
run the test again
