Subject: [PATCH 1/2] ci(macos): move every macOS job from 14 to 15

Homebrew 7.0.0 made macOS 14 Tier 3 with no bottles, so every dependency built from source there and nghttp2 now pulls llvm; the macOS jobs have failed in the Homebrew step since 2026-09-29. GitHub also removes the macos-14 runners on 2026-11-02, with brownouts from 2026-10-05.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] ci(ctrl-c): build against true-async and main

The workflow still pinned the #109 feature branches from July, which lack ZEND_OBJECT_TRANSFER_RELEASE, so it no longer compiled. Both branches have long since landed; the TODO asked for exactly this.
