Please allow adding a short optional label or note to every proxy.
This would be useful when monitoring several self-deployed proxies that use IP addresses rather than descriptive domains—for example, to distinguish their provider, location, server, or whitelist support.
The note should preferably:
- Be shown near the proxy address
- Be editable after the proxy is added
- Be included in API responses
- Support a reasonable length limit, such as 100–200 characters
