to make the problem clearer: here are parts of one of these bugs:

Files linux-build  ptl/build-sof-staging/sof-info/ptl/zephyr.lst and windows-build  ptl/build-sof-staging/sof-info/ptl/zephyr.lst differ

so not only files differ, but their sizes too. Would be great to download artifacts and check files themselves
