Make calling quit() in embedded python interpreter only close console window

It quits the whole application.

Options:

1. Do Nothing
2. Just close the console (Desired)
3. Close Everything (Current)

Paul Selby says this behaviour could be desired. To continue could play with QProcess or Threading with the Qt Event Manager to get different behaviour.

• Test Console works and does not freeze application under heavy load.

Note that if an otherwise unhandled SystemExit is raised, this function will not return 1, but exit the process, as long as Py_InspectFlag is not set.
