BUGS Background Information for Litter Example

The BUGS Litter example is missing a link to the model background. This information is not on the openbugs.net websites, but I just came across a 1996 pdf version of the BUGS examples which includes the litter model (pp. 52):

Thanks for letting us know. All of those models also need to be rewritten to bring them up to current Stan best practices!
