Unable to read documentation on welcome screen.

Expected behavior

Any of the documentation links on the welcome page should be interactable.

To Reproduce

I have newly installed the Simcraft app and upon loading, I am greeted at the welcome screen with documentation on how to use the app but it is not interactable and the reason why I say this is because when I click on any of the apparent links, nothing happens.

I can reproduce the issue. Interesting, since the links in the html page of generated simulation reports work fine.

It still works in the Simc 9.15 release, but is already broken in 9.20. The first uses QT 6.2, while the latter was upgraded to QT 6.4.

It is likely related to either the QT change, or because of some change in the Welcome.html page.
