No sharing configuration exposed for tables

As highlighted here https://github.com/M4i-Imaging-Mass-Spectrometry/thyra/pull/136, we don't expose a way to configure sharding parameters for tables (the case for images and labels is covered by #1106). 

We could explore adding this.
