I don't think there's a reason to have a classic packaging page anymore, and it's making the navigation really long. Hatchlings's plugins, scikit-build-core 1.0, setuptools support for pyproject.toml, and old versions of Python going away mean there's not really a reason to use old configuration mechanisms expect for special legacy cases.
