Answer options in rules.vr are being inappropriately "translated"

In the rules.vr file for the Learn how to define constraints declaratively in your CDS model tutorial, the "Match" section
has:

[ ] no
[x] yes

as the question has a "yes or no" answer.

However, these answer options are rendered as "false" and "true" in the actual tutorial:

This means that the question doesn't make sense any more.

Root cause

Nothing intentionally changed the values. The build-time frontmatter serializer (the yaml npm lib) writes under YAML 1.2, where yes/no are plain strings, so it emits them unquoted. Hugo, however, parses page frontmatter with YAML 1.1 semantics, where yes/no/on/off/y/n are booleans. So the rendered frontmatter's options: [no, yes] was read back by Hugo as options: [false, true], then jsonify'd into <script id="tutorial-data">, and the quiz island rendered "false"/"true".

A ###Match block using yes/no as the reference correctAnswer was flipped to a boolean the same way, which would also have broken grading of yes/no text answers.

Fix

Added scripts/lib/hugo-yaml.ts → hugoFrontmatterStringify, which serializes with { version: '1.1' }. The 1.1 writer quotes every token a 1.1 reader would misparse, so strings survive the round-trip into Hugo's parser intact (only ambiguous scalars gain quotes; structure is unchanged). Routed all Hugo-frontmatter serializers through it: render-frontmatter.ts (the reported path), fetch-tutorials.ts, fetch-advocates.ts, lib/author-pages-writer.ts. Added a regression test that round-trips rendered frontmatter through a YAML 1.1 parse and asserts no/yes/on/off options + a yes/no correctAnswer stay strings (verified it fails on the unpatched serializer).

Action needed to see it live

Content already published to HANA keeps the old (boolean) values until the tutorial is re-fetched and rebuilt. After this reaches PROD, trigger a rebuild of cap-define-constraints-declaratively:

Any other tutorial whose quiz options are literal yes/no/on/off will also be corrected on its next rebuild.

You can also trigger the same workflow from the Admin UI in the Tutorial Detail page. Everything runs via the workflow just different ways to start it.
