Should we pull in `bzip2-ffi` as a full dependency?

Possibly a naïve question, and I'm sure one that @jspanjers would be in a good position to answer, but should we move to pull in bzip2-ffi as a full dependency rather than copy one of its files in?

I'm wondering about ongoing maintenance and possibly looking at adding in compression support to this library.

@hainesr, I do not remember why I choose to not add a dependency on bzip2-ffi.

The reason might have been to not have any extra dependencies.
Or it might be because rubyzip-bzip2 uses undocumented (possibly unstable) API from bzip2-ffi.

I think it is perfectly reasonable to want to avoid extra dependencies. And I was wondering about the undocumented API bit. I'll look at it in more detail, thanks.
