How to make the bot auto retweet the latest tweet?

I have try

from TwitterFollowBot import TwitterBot

my_bot = TwitterBot()
my_bot.auto_rt("phrase", count=1000)

but i didnt get the retweet the latest tweet on that profile...
how to make it? when everytime the person tweet, this bot will auto retweet the latest on.
