How are you running Renovate?
A Mend.io-hosted app
Which platform you running Renovate on?
GitHub.com
Which version of Renovate are you using?

On GitHub Actions, we are using a custom private action to sync a global
.yarnrc.yml, which includes configs fornpmMinimalAgeGate(that matches our RenovateminimumReleaseAge), andnpmPreapprovedPackagesto always allow our private packages to be updated. We do not put those configs in each repository to be able to change them everywhere all at once. Renovate doesn't run the workflow, so our packages are still quarantined when Renovate creates a PR.I tried configuring
YARN_NPM_MINIMAL_AGE_GATEandYARN_NPM_PREAPPROVED_PACKAGESin the Mend Renovate dashboard as env variables, but I believe they are not in theallowedEnv, and this cannot be configured for the hosted app.We do not want to copy all our global yarn configs to all our repos, and we'd like Renovate to be able to have the same configs. How can we achieve this?
