Indeed, it was just few tiny features that were not suitable for bigger minor version release we do. Main reason was new php-parser and related release. It needed to be shipped fast to keep compatibility between those 3. |

I'm just curious as to why the changes in 2.6.7 were considered a patch release and not a minor version release of 2.7.* ?
There are a number of changes in this release that are not "patches".
You've added new features and functionality plus a few depreactions. This hardly seems like a patch release.
