[BUG] mixBlendMode inside a ScrollView doesnt work

Description

When using a mixBlendMode: 'overlay' on a , wont work when is wrapped with a however works as expected outside of a ScrollView

Steps to reproduce

@Amurmurmur are you seeing this on both Android and iOS?

on iOS it is permantly not blended
on Android the situation is funnier, on overscroll the text inside a scrollView loses blendmode but once you stopoverscrolling its back to being blended.

Im getting a similar problem with overscroll and ScrollView: ScrollView 'overflow visible' gets copped (~clipped) when overscroll is reached.. Is overscroll effect a big problem ?

Hmm this seems like a separate issue with overflow: 'visible' and ScrollView if there is no issue already would you mind creating one? Maybe even this is the underlying issue instead of it being an issue with mix-blend-mode @NickGerleman

Hmm this seems like a separate issue with overflow: 'visible' and ScrollView if there is no issue already would you mind creating one?

I just find a solution: instead of using 'overflow visible' and await to get the overflow cropped due to overscrolling, I just use padding and setClipToPadding(false) in custom ScrollView (override natural behaviour from native side) to reach the effect that I want.. I also set setScrollBarStyle(View.SCROLLBARS_INSIDE_INSET)..
