Support for defining destination & sources  in yaml based plugin implementation

**Description**
Plugins which are just defined through yaml should have means to provide destination & sources for automated dependency resolution to happen.

**Scope**

- [ ] Provide the support in yaml based specification & the corresponding support in Optimus
- [ ] Update the yaml plugins for which destination & sources can be defined.
