Subject: [PATCH] No ads on the homepage; low-profile text-link ads elsewhere

- Homepage: removed the 300x250 "Advertisement" unit (its AdUnit component had no other user, so it is deleted).
- Blog pages keep their single text_link unit at the top; ad.js stays in the root layout for them.
