Reformat Scripts folder into subgroups e.g. spo, entra, teams for maintainability improvements

• Consider reformatting into subgroups to make it easier to navigate lists of folders
• By Product Only - e.g. spo, teams, entra
• Need a old location to new location mapping and router
• Keep Telemetry URL formats, new samples can use the new format
• Check with Paolo that the sample.json files will still be surfaced
• Adjust supporting and processing scripts for folder adjustments.
• Warn community that may have dependencies and have a proposed deadline for changes. e.g. Adam, Rodrigo.
