      <h3>Our Guarantee</h3>
      <p>Every piece leaves the studio inspected and in perfect condition. If your edition arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.</p>

      <h3>Damaged in Transit</h3>
      <p>If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.</p>
      <ul>
        <li>Email <strong>hello@plotflow.io</strong> with your order number and photos</li>
        <li>Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved</li>
      </ul>

      <h3>Made-to-Order Policy</h3>
      <p>Because each edition is plotted to order and drawn specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Every piece is a unique physical impression; once the plotter runs, it cannot be undone.</p>

      <h3>Cancellations</h3>
      <p>Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.</p>
