[Nemo] Reveal full filename on mouse-over in list view

In Nemo list view, I want to see other multiple columns other than the filename, so long names will be truncated, making it hard to differentiate files whose names start the same. I would like a quick way to see the full name, e.g. by hovering over it, maybe in a tool tip.

The same could apply to other columns of list view, though they are not as commonly truncated.

This is related/complementary to #800 which could mitigate the problem, if the difference is visible at the end of the filename, but I think a quick way to see the full filename would be useful still.

I thought Nemo already did this. On my system, it takes half a second for the tooltip to appear, but it shows the full name, type, and size for both folders and files. The tooltip appears when I hover over a file or folder, regardless of the length of the name.

I don't see a setting to activate tooltips in the Nemo preferences, but you can go to Dconf-Editor > /org/nemo/preferences/tooltips-in icon-view to make sure it's activated.
