I can query USER_SCHEDULER_JOBS and manage scheduler jobs in PL/SQL Developer, but I cannt see new scheduler options in SLQ Developer for VS Code.
SQL Developer for VS Code 26.2 only exposes Scheduler Jobs under the DBA node, which is unavailable to non-DBA users. Is Scheduler GUI support intentionally restricted to DBA connections?
