I am using the Maven plugin, and my project is a single module project.

What is the smallest, simplest way to reproduce the problem?

Create a class with a single field and a getter using upper case:

public class Demo {
    private String guid;

   private String getGUID();
}

What did you expect to see?

No change to the class, since Lombok won't generate an uppercase method name (unless there's a new feature that can do this like an 'upperCase=true' flag on a specific @Getter...? Feature request - in which case expected would be @Getter(upperCase=true) ? )

public class Demo {
    private String guid;

   private String getGUID();
}

What did you see instead?

public class Demo {
    @Getter private String guid;
}

This generates a getter method getGuid() which breaks all existing code that used the uppercase getGUID();

What is the full stack trace of any errors you encountered?

hi! I've tried to replicate your case with a unit test, but this passes for now on the latest main:

Thanks. It may have been where there were two getters - one as expected: getGuid() and one uppercase: getGUID().
I'll see if I can access the latest.

Ok, sorry that example doesn’t exhibit the issue.  I’ve recreated it with this class where the field is declared in uppercase and there are two getters - one uppercase and one mixed case. ```java public class Demo {     private Long UID;     public Long getUid() {         return UID;     }     public Long getUID() {         return UID;     } } ``` The recipe identifies the matching uppercase getter and replaces it with a `@Getter` annotation on the field, leaving the mixed case getter in the source. The subsequent class compiles with just one getter - the mixed case one. The uppercase method is not generated.  Should the recipe have deleted the mixed case method instead since Lombok will generate a mixed case getter? i.e. expected either: 1) no annotation added Or: 2) Only the method that Lombok will generate gets deleted: ```java public class Demo {     @Getter private Long UID;     public Long getUID() {         return UID;     } } ``` Or is there a way to tell Lombok to generate the name in uppercase? Sorry, it doesn't seem to format my code examples despite backticks. Regards,Roger

The first test above already passes, and when I load that second text block class from the first test in my IDEA I still see both getter methods: upper case generated by Lombok, mixed case as retained. What issues were you seeing there?
