Motivation
It is valuable to follow closely the new Android APIs to avoid unpleasant surprises in the future if/when backwards compatibility is broken
Description
Raise compileSdk level to 33 and other dependencies that implicitly depend on the Android API versions (such as test dependency Robolectric)
Alternatives or Workarounds
No alternative but to sit and wait for problems
