Verawood Devops Release Notes - Claude + Dinghy processing

For the Verawood release we want to try gathering all breaking commits (via the Dinghy tool), and then doing some processing via Claude, to see if we can generate more comprehensive devops release notes.

That's an excellent idea. Scanning them with my eyeballs was an epic fail.
