Website refuses to load after opening a random amount of pages

Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)

Describe the bug

honestly the titles pretty effective at summing it up, this is a very simple problem--- one note is switching my IP stops the problem from happening, until it happens again

Steps to reproduce

1. load mod page
2. load another mod page
3. keep doin that

Expected behavior

i expect the page to load
