support cl.exe /dynamicdeopt debugging?

I successfully built one program with /dynamicdeopt, but I'm unsure if it works with cppvsdbg.

My team works on the language server, and the debugger team's priorities have taken them away to work on other projects. I don't believe there is currently any plan to support this in cppvsdbg. But that is just the current state of things and it could come around in the future.
