本包的 CI 停在一个**不校验 `mcpp:` 能力声明**的 mcpp 上。实测
2026.8.19.4 —— 它早于层词表,把整个 `provides` 当作不认识的键忽略:

    provides = ["mcpp:kernel-abi=openkal", "mcpp:TYPO-NOT-A-LAYER=x"]
    → exit 0,构建成功

⭐ 连明显的错拼都照单全收。于是 CI 报绿,而这份清单的**中心主张
从未被检查过** —— 写错一个层名不会有任何东西发现,直到某个使用者
拿一个较新的 mcpp 来构建它。

⚠️ 这类失败的形状值得记住:同一个键在旧版与新版上**都是 exit 0**,
但不是同一种成功。前者是「没有读」,后者是「读了并解析成功」。

pin 上移到 2026.8.24.4 —— 该版本认识五层词表,会真的校验这一行。
