Support for Piper models

Hi

Piper is the best VITS implementation right now. It provides models for a lot of languages with more languages being added. Piper is used by home assistant project and the NVDA screen reader.

I hope this implementation will support Piper's VITS implementation besides the transformers VITS implementation. Since a lot of high-quality models are available for Piper.

I believe the two implementations are very similar.

Hi,

Depends on how much the architecture differs between them. However now priority is getting it to work with transformers. I can take a look when its done.
