• The COMBINING GRAVE is too low (though this might be intentional), and the COMBINING CIRCUMFLEX is too high.
  • It looks like you're struggling to get the bounding box in pt7, but if you've set the position in pt6, in pt7 you shouldn't need to get the bounding box at all and should only need minor adjustments.
• The COMBINING BREVE just ends up overstriking because addAnchorPoint hasn’t been done.
  • On the flip side, I’ll also apply transform(psMat.translate(-220, 0)) to the other combining characters so they overstrike well on many characters.
• The three acute accents on "resume" (1647) are completely overlapping and have turned into just one. To stack them upward, you need mark2mark.

• The position for overstrikes doesn't line up with periods or bars. It can be fixed by setting an anchor point on those characters too, but what should we do?
