Direct export to md for sharing/forwarding

First of all, thank you for still improving this amazing app!

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, the app allows exporting notes as text or PDF. However, I regularly need to forward my notes as an actual file attachment to other people or platforms. Since the app already supports live Markdown in the editor, keeping the formatting intact in a standard file format would be incredibly useful.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have a direct "Export as Markdown (.md)" option in the share/export menu (alongside the existing text and PDF options). Selecting this should generate a .md file containing the raw note text and open the system share sheet so I can easily attach it to emails, messenger apps, or save it locally.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Right now, I either have to export it as text and copy-paste it manually into a new file on my device, or export it as a PDF—but PDF loses the ability for the recipient to easily edit the Markdown code afterward.
