[Feature] Lock single notes or folders

I would like to have the ability to mark a single note or folder as "locked", so that the app always asks my PIN/fingerprint before showing or editing the note.

I'm not sure if #60 is asking for the same thing, since it may also refer to setting a dedicated password for a note (which is not what I'm requesting here).
