Enable plugin updates via GitHub

It would be great if we could update this plugin within WordPress by pulling the latest version from GitHub.

When I build plugins only hosted on GitHub, I like using this github updater script which looks for a GitHub URI in the plugin header.

Alternatively, if you wanted to leave the current behavior as-is but allow users to opt-in for updates, you could add support for the GitHub Updater plugin. They would only receive updates if they also have the GitHub Updater plugin installed and active.
