Date parsing warning.

I am seeing the following warning when using hapiclient in Kamodo. I have version 0.3.1 installed of hapiclient. I have not tried with other Python versions, this warning was using Pythobn 3.10.

Could not infer format, so each element will be parsed individually, falling back to dateutil. To ensure parsing is consistent and as-expected, please specify a format.

This is due to

Time = pandas.to_datetime(Time).tz_convert(tzinfo).to_pydatetime()

It is an annoying new behavior by the Pandas reader. It is the fastest time parser, but they recently changed its behavior.

Do you think I should suppress this warning in hapitime.py?

If you have tested that the parsing works as expected despite the warning, I would go ahead and suppress it. Glad to know it's a known issue and is nothing to be concerned about.

What was the string that triggered the warning? Also, what version of pandas?

The pandas version is 2.3.3.
I will have to work to tease out the exact hapiclient call that triggered this as I am calling a Kamodo routine with many hapi calls embedded and many options that tweak the call parameters depending on needs. I will not have time to do that till next week.
