W11, tested on 4060 and 5060TI

For some odd reason, cuda is considerely slower than vulkan
Cuda would take 200ms to transcribe a 2s audio
and vulkan would take 50-80ms
This is consistent as I tried on another pc with similar results, does anyone else have similar results?
