Reviewed: the section bar currently has no touch handling at all — only `click` and `wheel` listeners (mouse/trackpad). `click` already fires from a tap on touch devices for basic seek-by-tap, so the bar isn't completely unusable on touch; what's missing is anything long-press-specific, and this bulk-restored issue doesn't say what a long-press should do here (there's no existing menu/preview/context-action pattern on this bar to extend).

Per the bulk-restore note ("close as wontfix if no longer relevant") — recommend closing unless someone can say what a long-press interaction should trigger (e.g. a section preview tooltip, a context menu?). Leaving open for a maintainer call rather than guessing at scope.
