Links for Copilot Logs and Running Diagnostics don't work in VS Code in WSL

Describe the bug

Neither of the links to (1) Copilot logs or (2) run diagnostics are working in VS Code under WSL. I can't right-click and copy the URLs either, so I'm unable to debug why copilot is not able to connect.

Affected version

don't know how to get the version from the vs code chat window

Steps to reproduce the behavior

open vs code, open chat.
