Intro text (WIP, I will polish this a lot):

The goal of The Framework is to build a "Vite for agents" that is 100% open source (unlike Claude Code that is closed source).

The difference between OpenCode and what we're building is that The Framework takes care of the entire AI orchestration pipeline (including open-source prompts, loops, and skills). It's a turnkey solution.

It's kinda like open source Autopilot for Software Development: engineers take care of complex decisions, while AI fully and automatically takes care of the rest. The Framework automatically orchestrates the entire lifecycle as an automatic loop of product management, writing code, reviewing, refactoring for high-quality code, bug fixing, security audit, maintenance, ...).

Looks good! My favorite line here is "stop babysitting your agents" — I'd make that the hero tagline. Four words, says what we do and why we're different. "Autonomous AI programming" works as the smaller descriptor under it.

Few thoughts:

• "10x": keep it, but let's back it with the benchmark (Benchmark: GemStack AI orchestration vs Next.js (task speed + human interventions) #75) and show it right there. Backed it's strong, unbacked it reads as filler.
• Add a dashboard feature (watch the loop, decisions, live session). Most demoable thing we have and it reinforces the babysitting angle. There's a screencast slot but no bullet for it.
• "Flexible / yours, not ours" and "Bring Your Own Prompts" are two good distinct ideas (ownership vs extensibility), keep both. Only nit: both sub-lines say "customize" which blurs them, make the Flexible one about ownership (no lock-in, fully yours).

Rest I'm happy with.

Agreed 💯, although I think for YC we can leave it an unbacked claim (we're selling YC a vision, less a current product).

Anyways, as soon as we've benchmarks, I'm all for showing a real and backed number.

👍 Good catch, it's a bit messy. I've updated my post and re-structured the feature list, let me know if you still see issues with it. (The main idea is to categorize features into "topics", a bit like Vike's landing page.)

My favorite line here is "stop babysitting your agents" — I'd make that the hero tagline.

I share the sentiment, I like being crystal clear. Although my nit about "stop babysitting" is that it's an emotionally negative framing. So I feel a bit relunctant to make it the primary tagline.

I think YC will like "Autonomous AI programming" a lot more, whereas I can see engineers to prefer "stop babysitting". (But I also think that Engineers underestimate how much they're also driven by emotions, albeit different emotions.)

I agree with you, maybe we have it as feature or mode (checkbox) called 'Stop babysitting' and showing it as feature?

👍 Good idea, I've added - Autopilot / stop babysitting as the first feature.

I guess autopilot = stop babysitting.

I'm still a bit inclined to name the feature Autopilot (cool name) instead of Stop Babysitting (negative framing).

I think Autopilot is actually even clearer than Stop Babysitting? So I'd say Autopilot is a net improvement in all regards?
