ipset list and save functions

Are these currently supported? Any plans to add them?

The usecase is, I'm going to use counter and I intend to read the current counter value and then when I re-add the ip I will readd with the same value so as not to initialise to zero.

Currently they are not supported, but I will more than happy to see a PR, do you dare to do it? 😄
