Unable to run sample

What dependencies are required?

• Node version?
• Yarn version?
• Others?

I am getting an error with my current versions.

node --version
v18.20.7
>yarn --version   
4.7.0

In #55 I have documented the required versions in engines section package.json. volta section added for anyone that uses that tooling.
