Compact metadata

Tasks:

• Trim off all unnecessary information (docs, typeName, unused path ...)
• Pick/whitelist only the interactions that dapps what to interact with & remove others (consts, queries, tx ...)

Notes:

• The goal is to produce a smaller/compact metadata with the size that can be bundled inside the build -> this help increase the loading speed for dapps since client does not need to download metadata.
