Group chat members in a compact header control with a member popover

Problem

The separate agent and human avatars in the chat header do not clearly communicate how many members are in the conversation or where to manage them.

Proposed design

• Group the existing avatars, member count, and chevron inside one softly rounded neutral box.
• Overlap the human and agent avatars with a clean crossing arc, without white halos or full-circle outlines. Preserve the existing Corbit and human avatar identities.
• Open a compact popover headed Members, with a human/agent count, member names, secondary labels such as You and Agent, and relevant per-member actions.
• End with a single Add member button using the existing brand-orange token, matching #E98428.
• Keep bench settings separate. Limit the change to this header control and popover.
