LaunchRally documentation is grouped by audience and purpose. Start with the installation-first Quickstart for the complete Launcher → Audit → saved Report → confirmed Init → project Engine path. Use the maintainer section only when preparing and validating a release.
- Quickstart — install the exact Launcher, complete the first Human or Agent journey, and try representative examples.
- Phase 1 Agent and Human journey — confirm Product Intent, review Provider-neutral Architecture, approve bounded external work, and require fresh independent verification.
- Install, lifecycle, and troubleshooting — own npm prefix/PATH setup, structured verification, Plugin separation, toolchain lifecycle, safe uninstall, data retention, and recovery guidance.
- Manifest, Report, and Evidence — understand the persisted model and immutable local history.
- Permission and privacy boundaries — understand local, network, Provider, write, and telemetry boundaries.
- Coverage Acceptance Matrix — inspect and run the representative cross-ecosystem scenarios.
These documents are release controls and project records. They are kept out of the user-facing sections, but remain versioned because CI validates them.
