Bug (Docs): Docs refer to `pr` as an output, but action defines `json`

Describe the Bug

The examples in the readme get .head.sha and other properties from an output called .pr but I believe that these should reference .json. Can you confirm?

Also - Thank you for creating this action! I think it is exactly what I was looking for. 🙏
