Are there any plans to upgrade the internal dependencies of Jackson databind to 3.x?
I understand from this comment that this is not trivial. However since Jackson 3 has been released about a year ago, and many projects are using that as their baseline, it would be great to also have a version of Cedar Java that works with it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I believe technically projects can make Jackson 2 and 3 coexist, so this is AFAIK not a blocker for projects using Jackson 3.
