Update Android project properties to allow building on recent Android Studio

It should be possible open and build android app using recent version of Android Studio.

After upgrading of thirdparty libs, android/app/thirdparty_libs makefiles should be updated to match library source file list and setting.

1. first, i'm so excited for this cr3 refresh! thanks again for merging all those PRs!

2. second- i think cr3 needs to implement scoped storage, or downgrade targetSdk

when i build android, i do targetSdkVersion 35 => targetSdkVersion 29 in android/app/build.gradle.
if i use targetSdkVersion 35, i cannot load any books, and even cr3.ini is ignored. no permissions are requested for files.
if i use targetSdkVersion 29, everything works perfectly on android 14.
