The "Latest news" carousel tries to display header images for each news item, but we don't have any defined, which looks weird.
We should probably have a number of stock images we could reuse, for example for:
- new releases
- profile support updates
- audio profile support updates
- documentation updates
- communication channel news (Slack, IRC, etc.)
