Subject: [PATCH] refactor(testing)!: rename simple_module_testing to
 simple_module_test

Renames the pytest-plugin package, its directory, all imports/templates,
and the release-workflow PyPI matrix entry. PyPI distribution name
becomes simple-module-test (was simple-module-testing). The 0.0.1
CHANGELOG entry is left untouched as a historical record.
