Re-binding Previous Repo Causing 401/403 errors

Problem:

If you're already bound to a repository and attempt to re-bind it, you'll encounter an issue where nothing occurs. After inspecting the console and network in the developer's tools, I observed the following error:

Workaround sol'n:

1. bind to a different repo.
2. unbind that repo.
3. bind to the proper repo and it should work.

Steps to reprodduce:

1. bind to a repo (make sure it is successful).
2. [optional] add commits by submitting a LC sol'n.
3. unbind the repo, then rebind the repo.
4. Nothing will happen in the CWS extension (it won't bind to the repo).
5. Check devtools and you will see 401/403 status code.
