Material Theme Builder has been updated which does not match the Codelab: Theming in Compose with Material 3

Jetpack Compose Theming 3 uses old version of Material Theme Builder.
It first got confusing when the theme_light_primary did not match what the codelab input, then it got even more confusing when dynamicColor was set by default so Android studio compose preview didn't match what the codelab was showing.
